At Murrieta’s Well, we offer several private group wine tasting experiences to enhance your visit to the Livermore Valley wine country. Please schedule any group of 10 or more in advance.
All advanced booked groups of 10 or more guests receive:

Los Tesoros Wine Tasting
The story of Murrieta’s Well is as old as California itself, and it springs from the legend of the notorious Joaquin Murrieta, known as the “Robin Hood of El Dorado.” Learn about the storied history of Murrieta’s Well as you sample an array of current vintage wines at the historic 92 acre estate. Approximately 40 minutes.
$10 per person, plus tax
Library Wine Tasting
Taste the storied treasures of Joaquin Murrieta with this exclusive private library tasting. Learn more about the rich romantic history of Murrieta’s Well as well as how wine ages and proper storage techniques. Sample past vintages aged to perfection and compare them with current release wines. Approximately 40 minutes.
$20 per person, plus tax
The Art of Blending
Sample and blend traditional red grape varietals to create your own unique signature wine. Blending classes include a fun and educational lecture on blending and Meritage wines, all blending wines and materials, and wine notes. Approximately 60 minutes. Minimum 10 people.
$50 per person, plus tax
Wente Family Estates Legacy Tour
Tour and taste your way through Livermore Valley with this exclusive group offering to visit the Wente Family Estates Tasting Rooms.
Includes private tasting and winery or vineyard tour at each location, wine club member privileges for the day including exclusive access to member only wines and special discounts, 1 bottle of Wente Family Estates wine. Boxed lunches available for groups for an additional charge. For groups of 10-50 people. Allow at least 2-3 hours for visits.
Visit all four tasting rooms for $50 per guest, plus tax.
